Owner-operator team drivers of tractors and straight trucks can get sign-on bonuses of up to $15,000, Seville, Ohio-based Panther Expedited Services announced.

Top bonus pay will go “to tractor teams and straight truck teams who have their hazmat endorsement, passports and a secret security clearance,” Panther Director of Recruiting Kyle Mitchin said.

The bonus is available immediately for new straight truck teams. New tractor teams will be eligible for the bonus starting March 1. The bonus is paid over 180 days.
