Driver responds to fatal crash, named Highway Angel

The Truckload Carriers Association recently named John Lilley, of Kelowna, B.C., a Highway Angel. Lilley drives for Bison Transport out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, and he tried to help save an injured man in a fatal car crash, leaning upon his medical expertise at the scene. Lilley came upon an accident, and after hearing on the CB that there was a need for volunteers with medical training, he made his way to the scene.
