CVSA's International Conferences/Workshops
Opportunity to attend the meetings where federal, state and provincial enforcement officials gather with industry to exchange ideas and discuss current safety issues. These are excellent opportunities to exhibit your products and/or services to a key market. Associate members participate fully in the working sessions of the meetings.

Reduced Rates
Associate Members receive reduced rates on registration and/or exhibitor fees to CVSA conferences and workshops. Furthermore, members receive discounts on all CVSA publications and products.

Committees
Opportunity to participate in CVSA's technical working committees which focus on specific safety problem areas such as hazardous materials, drivers, traffic enforcement, ITS, data from inspection and carrier safety ratings, and size & weight issues. Your associate membership guarantees your participation in the Industry Advisory Committee.

Access to Complaint Control Procedures
Procedures available for processing and disposition of all complaints alleging violations of CVSA Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Constitution and By-Laws, the five levels of inspection, and Out-of-Service Criteria by member jurisdictions.

Government Contacts
Especially important to carriers and bus companies is the access to key federal-state-provincial officials responsible for commercial vehicle safety. This is a unique opportunity and does not exist in any other similar organization. If you have a problem with the regulators or enforcers, you can personally interface with them one-on-one to resolve it. Your voice will be heard. CVSA is the forum to get things done.

Newsletter
The Guardian
, our bi-monthly newsletter, will keep you abreast of everything that is happening in the inspection and enforcement arena. Get the latest word on current safety issues and federal-state-provincial programs which affect bus and truck safety on our highways.
