The American Traveling Trucking Show (ATTS)
“Trucker’s Dream Package 2006 Sweepstakes”
Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, provide all information requested on the entry form, available at ATTS shows through August 2006. Limit one entry per person, per show. All entries must be received in person by seven (7) p.m. the final day of each show. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded; including, $5,000 cash, NASCAR tickets, $250 Petro Cash Card, and other prizes.

Sweepstakes is open only to trucking professionals with a valid CDL, who attend an ATTS in 2006, but is not open to employees of Randall-Reilly Publishing Co., LLC and this program’s sponsors and their agents, and suppliers of this program and their families. Offer void where prohibited and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Winner of the prize elements will be determined in a random drawing in September 2006 from among all qualified entries received, by Promotion Partners, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final.

All submissions become the property of Randall-Reilly Publishing Co., LLC and will not be returned.
Winner will be notified by telephone and published in upcoming issues of Truckers News, ATTS website and other trucking related magazines.

No transfer or substitution of prize elements except by sponsors. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning are determined by total number of entries received. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit confirming eligibility and publicity/liability release within 7 days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Arrangements must be made to accept prize elements by December 31, 2006, or prize elements not claimed will be forfeited.
