Navistar Parts introduces purchasing card

By Successful Dealer Staff

International and IC Bus dealers have a new credit offering for customers who need the flexibility and payment options of a purchasing program. The Fleet Charge ONE card is dealer-specific, and offers truck and bus owners 30-day terms on their parts and service purchases, while giving them more control and tracking ability for expenses.

“These are challenging times for a lot of small fleet and independent truck and bus owners, so it’s nice to know your dealer can work with you and provide flexible payment options through Fleet Charge ONE,” says Rob Stritch, Fleet Charge manager for Navistar Parts. “Never before has a card like this been available to so many owners, both with 30-day terms and no enrollment fees.”

The Fleet Charge ONE card is available from International and IC Bus dealers, and credit is given at the discretion of the dealership.

“We’re putting the power of credit in the hands of our dealers,” says Stritch. “With the Fleet Charge ONE card we can reward a customer who has a one-to-one relationship with a specific dealer and enable that customer to easily manage and track their purchases.”

Participation in the Fleet Charge ONE program also affords truck and bus owners the opportunity to easily participate in Navistar’s Customer Parts Recovery program, which allows customers to return unused obsolete or surplus parts from their stock to receive credit for future purchases.

Additional Fleet Charge ONE benefits include: No enrollment fees, 30-day payment terms, instant credit recognition at the International or IC Bus dealership and online expense tracking tools, including invoice searching and downloadable spreadsheets.
